Kronberg/Taunus, 9 June 2026 – alpha portfolio advisors GmbH, based in Kronberg im Taunus, has strengthened its team of experts and expanded its partner circle.
alpha portfolio advisors has expanded its circle of partners to include Dr Marc-André Göricke. Dr Göricke specialises in the manager selection for equity, fixed income and hedge fund mandates. In addition to his many years of experience advising institutional investors, he has a strong academic background and has published numerous papers on investment and asset management topics. He is also jointly responsible for the management of the alphaport Credit Opportunities mutual fund. Through this fund of funds solution, alpha portfolio advisors makes its manager selection in the credit sector accessible to smaller institutional investors and private investors alike. Since its launch on 15 July 2025, the fund has reached a volume of around 170million euros.
On 1 June 2026, Dr Christoph Kesy also took up his role as an advisory board member at alpha portfolio advisors GmbH. In this capacity, he will support the company in particular with the strategic development of its advisory services for family offices and corporates. Dr Kesy was responsible for the investment portfolio of a German single-family office for more than 16 years. Prior to this, he was responsible for the investment strategy of the pension assets of a DAX-listed group. Thanks to this long-standing experience, he possesses comprehensive expertise in the management of complex assets and the specific requirements of institutional and private investors.
In addition, Dr Heiko Seeger has been serving as Senior Advisor since 1 June 2026. He will contribute his long-standing expertise in institutional asset management to advisory projects, both in the context of manager selection and asset allocation. Dr Seeger held senior positions for 25 years at institutional investors such as insurance companies and professional pension funds. Most recently, he spent almost 10 years at the Pension Fund for Auditors and Certified Accountants in North Rhine-Westphalia (WPV), where, as Managing Director, he was responsible for a wide range of investment activities.
