Exactly 27 years ago today – on 15 May 1998 – alpha portfolio advisors was founded.

‍

What began as a two-man venture with two PCs, driven by Dr. Jochen Kleeberg and Dr. Christian Schlenger, has grown into one of Germany’s leading investment consultancies and a trusted partner to institutional investors.

‍

From the very beginning, our founder Dr. Jochen Kleeberg placed strong emphasis on independence, deep expertise and a clear principle: always go the extra mile for our clients. These values still define our firm today.

‍

But this journey would not be the same without our clients.

We are deeply grateful for our clients’ enduring trust – some of whom have partnered with alpha for over 20 years, proving that reliability and consistency matter. The same applies internally: over half of our team has been with us for more than a decade.
