Recently, we stepped away from day-to-day business in the beautiful Rheingau region – time to recharge, reflect, and strengthen our team spirit.
The highlights:
🥾13 km hike through the vineyards up to Schloss Johannisberg – great views paired with even better conversations.
💡 Working session to reflect on this year’s goals – what we’ve achieved, where we stand and mapping out how to raise the bar for our clients and fine-tune our processes.
🧘 Yoga class – the first ever for many of us – with wobbly poses, lots of laughs, and a well-deserved reset.
What made it special?
In the fast pace of day-to-day business, deeper conversations often get pushed aside. The offsite was the perfect setting to slow down and grow even stronger as a team.
